Inspect
--- Shape and configuration of chest wall (AP-T ratio)
--- Use of neck muscles?
--- Tripod position? (noted earlier)
--- Skin color
--- Skin lesions?
Palpate
--- Skin turgor?
--- Symmetric chest expansion?
--- Tactile fremitus
--- Palpate for tenderness
Percuss
--- Percuss for resonance, dullness
--- Diaphragmatic excursion (skip this?)
Auscultate
--- Breath sounds?
